Do not see Brackish Fetch Mount item from mount vender after linking Prime Gaming account and claiming reward from amazon. The character has already unlocked the basic mount and preorder one, but do not see any new items from the Prime reward. Have double checked and the right account is linked

Having the same issue. Showed up as a notification in the shop, but nothing was claimable, and the Brackish set still showed up to purchase. Closed game, logged out entirely, closed launcher. Reopened everything, logged back in, Brackish set now gone from the shop, but still not showing at the stablemaster to apply.
Same issue here. Linked my account and redeemed the reward (it says it was collected) but it is nowhere to be found in-game.
Same issue. I linked the correct bnet account to my Prime account. Redeeming through the Prime gaming page worked and it says that I redeemed it, but it doesn’t show up in game.

I just tested this, redeemed it on my Amazon, checked in game. Worked immediately. Weird.
I will add to this.
Those of you that have problems, there are a few possible causes.
If you haven’t redeemed anything from Amazon to Blizzard in a while, your path might have an issue. One option would be to unlink and relink the accounts, this should reset it.
The other possible is that the account you are linked via Amazon is not the same as the one you are playing on. And this may be complicated further with those on consoles for all I know.
Freshly linked account and I have same issues as others. Account is correct no problem with linking just didn’t receive it.
Logged out of the game a second time. This time an update installed when I got back to the launcher. Logged back in and we good!
Yup logged out, it ran an update, now have my stuff lol.
Logged in and out a few times and finally got mine.
sweet looks like the update solved the issue, was able to get the stuff after relaunching as well
Still has not appeared in my game yet.
