I just read about the bundle ‘Brackish Fetch’ being given away for free on Amazon Prime Gaming for Prime Day that includes cosmetics with the “Dead Sea” theme.

I don’t see anything wrong with the giveaway, and I certainly don’t think random news cycle events should impact the game.

People with more money than sense go on incredibly expensive underwater adventure in a makeshift experimental submarine. Tragically, or perhaps expectedly, they all die when the experimental submarine malfunctions.
We commemorate their lives by not releasing an entirely unrelated skin in a videogame dedicated to the forces of hell overrunning a fictional world. RIP in peace.
There, that should do it. You now have an even less empathetic take to store away in your permanent memory.

In OPs one other post they complain about whiny babies. I’m not even sharing my opinion on this post. Just thought it was a fun fact.
Personally, I don’t think a site that is the result of a tragic historic event, should become a tourist attraction.
Random news snaps should indeed never influence virtual games.
You know how many people get killed every day? And you still shot and kill in games?
Everyday things happen so you actually cant make any games at all if you want to respect real world then.
