I bought the deluxe battle pass from the battle.net app shop but after creating my season 11 character the reliquaries were locked and only gave an option to buy the premium or deluxe bundles. I have been in a back and forth ticket communication and they said the system applied it to season 10 (which I was not able to play). Has this happened to anyone before? They are saying they cannot refund me the cost or activate the season 11 battle pass on my account.
