Boss Summoning Mat Multiplier

Hi, I was wondering if you could think about adding a boss summoning (mats) multiplier. Sometimes I have too many summoning mats and the thought of doing that many runs is too much for me. It would be cool if, instead of spending 12 mats to summon a boss I could set it to 24, 36, 48, etc. I don’t expect the loot to multiply but I’d like this feature anyway. The best way to get the most loot would still be using them as they were originally designed.

i was kinda sad they removed that as well. except for the extra stygian stone, i liked you could just use 5 times the mats.

I don’t mean to state the obvious here, and please don’t take this the wrong way, but what’s stopping you from just deleting or selling mats to a vendor if your only goal is to get rid of them? Unless I’m completely misunderstanding you.

I still prefer my method, of condensing all boss materials to 2 universal materials respectively. 1 material for the 4 lesser bosses, and 1 material for Andy and Dury. Would solve a lot of problems in my opinion.

I think the point would be you could do 4X mats for 3X loot or something. At least that’s what I am getting from the OP’s post.

And yeah, I made the same suggestion on the boss mats being condensed. I have a bajillion eggs that will never get used.

With 999 or even 99 in a stack would be great.

I understand and I didn’t take it the wrong way. What I’m getting at here is I’m still actively playing d4 and I want to use the mats. I just want to use them up in less time(and I’m willing to take a penalty for it). Who knows? something awesome might drop. It’s about more flexibility.

Do you ask Costco to take all your money even though you only bought $400 worth of snacks?

Asking for a friend.

Well I actually got the idea from other games where you can use additional currency for some level of increase odds. Now that I think about it, I just don’t enjoy running the same boss 100 or 200 times. That’s why I would like the ability to use more mats for some level of increased odds with diminishing returns. I like earning the mats more then spending. lol

Just sell the mats. I’ve made 60+ Billion Gold since this Goblin Event started just from selling the boss mats. Even kept enough for myself.

Ok that wasn’t what I was getting from your original post as you said:

So I assumed you just wanted to get rid of your materials with no additional rewards attached. Also why I said to just destroy them or sell them to a vendor. I give them away in game myself.

Regardless, this changes things. So you do want some compensation based off the mats you put in, but possibly with diminishing returns to the point where doing it normally would still yield the best results in the long run.

It already exist, it was called Stygian Stone. Blizzard remove the Stygian Stone season as part of their plan to scale back loot for all activities. The dev believe it was bad idea of giving too much to the players, they dramatically reduce the loot this season to keep us hungry. But I think it just keep us boring

Once you kill the boss in 2 seconds or less 10 times just turn it into a slot machine and be done with it.

If you much more than you need, you can sell the excess stacks to the vendor.

It’s actually a surprisingly decent amount of gold, when you have a lot of them.
