Boss Powers not working on Level 40 Character

I’m experiencing a bug with one of my seasonal Sorcerer characters in Diablo IV Season 8 where slotted boss powers are not functioning.

I have three seasonal characters:

  1. Necromancer (Level 60 / Tier 165): Boss powers work as expected.
  2. Sorcerer #1 (Level 40): I can access and slot boss powers, but they do nothing when used. The quest to unlock them is complete.
  3. Sorcerer #2 (Level 10): Created to test; boss powers are working on this one.

What I’ve Tried:

  • Verifying that powers are slotted properly.
  • Swapping different powers in/out.
  • Logging out and restarting the game.
  • Confirmed that powers work properly on my Necromancer and low level Sorcerer

Impact: My Sorcerer #1 is my main alt and I’d prefer not to restart. I cannot progress effectively without functional boss powers.

Request: Please advise if there’s a fix or workaround that doesn’t require deleting or recreating the character.

I’m having the same issue. Mine all show locked even though I’ve defeated the bosses with this toon. When I did the seasonal quest I didn’t get the first boss power even.
