Please consider moving the non-uber uniques that are primarily on Duriel/Andariel’s loot table to other bosses. Items like Tempest Roar are 100% build defining for certain builds and right now they are way too hard to get while you’re leveling meaning that unlocking the ‘real’ version of certain builds is basically locked behind level 100.
Level 100 should not be when you’re able to START target farming your build defining uniques. Level 100 should be when you’re moving on to the Pit or farming for uber uniques.
You should be hunting for your build defining unique as you farm through WT4 on the way to 100, so that when you hit 100 you have the basic building blocks of your playstyle in place and can work on hunting for perfect gear.
