So, from the start you have the priority quest that tells you to upgrade your potions. However, with the new boosted character, it starts at 50. So, when you upgrade it only does the level 60 potions. I upgrade when I hit 60 and now the quest will not complete. Seems the quest just needs to be adjusted to complete with any upgrade.
