Bone spear needs nerfed.
Decrepify needs its CD reduction removed from the game, and replaced with something else.
Preferably something that gives us an answer to freezing mobs(the whole reason weâre forced to play infinimist in the first place)
You do realize that if you remove the Abhorrent decrepify, that 90% of our builds would be 100% useless. Meaning our only VIABLE build, would be a shadow type build, either sever or blight. Thatâs such a horrible idea for a balance Iâve ever heard. You nerf the lucky hit proc chance, not the actual ability.
Useless solely because you have no answer to Frozen mobs.
Itâs called, âkitingâ itâs been around in games for years. Do it sometime, i have 0 problems with freezing mobs.
Good luck with that when youre actually pushing a key thats difficult and not just a farm run. Sure you can kite them all day. Doesnt mean you can ever stop to kill them(unless theyre 1shottable)
Low cd via decrepity is an answer. Lots of stun via corpse tendrils, frequent cc breaker via blood mist.

Sure, the problem though, is that decrepift is the source of a game breaking degenerate build.
You can nerf it or remove it and compensate in other areas with buffs.
Game breaking ? In what way does Decrepify enables a necromancer to break the game ?

Permanent damage immunity that simultaineously does enough damage to clear tier 100 = game breaking.
Permanent damage immunity even if it didnt do great damage would need to get nerfed.
It bypasses every mechanic in the game and is obviously unintended hence why they nerfed it before the game even launched.
Dont get me wrong, i dont think it should get nerfed without compensation.
Nerf it where it needs to be nerfed(blood mist uptime, 0cd corpse tenedrils) and buff it elsewhere.
Permanent damage immunity, only if you stack CDR and LH, on a pack big enough. Not so permanent without all those conditions. You can, and will die even with that. Because you arenât immune to everything all the time, in reality.

Exactly : virtual 100% uptime.
I have max roll on explosive mist, almost maxed cdr and LH, and iâm far from being an invincible being in reality. Because it takes time to use the curse. Because there isnât always enough targets to really profit from the curse. You can, and will, die with that build.
Would love to see a Core Skill that is dedicated specifically for summoners, like âEmpower Skeletonsâ or something, instead of this Blight synergy.
Nothing needs to be nerfed. How about just donât use it if you donât want to.
Other builds are getting ot higher keys as well, theyâre just doing it slowerâŚ
One of the more interesting ones I just saw a vid on was a viable blood build featuring blood lance.
UNFORTUNATELY, the way blood lance is dealing damage is also apparently causing some big problems when you âpixelateâ a pack of enemies to teh same location, since blood lance pierces the first target, then spreads to the other mobs in the stack, and causes a number bomb to go off that will lag/freeze pcs and potentially entire zones.
When an ability is both trash and capable of bricking your PC.
