As far as I can tell, Bold Chieftain is not reducing CD of shouts. Tested a few times, and not seeing any reduction.
It’s working just fine for me. Are you near enemies when you’re shouting?
yep. Thinking it might be a conflict (for some reason) with the ring I have on. Needing to see if reimprinting fixes it
It worked with my Barbarian Shouts against the 5 dummies in Kyoveshad. BUT, my Nighthowler’s Blood Howl with the Shout Tag did not have its cooldown reduced. Debilitating Roar did work fortunately.
Is this similar to what you saw?
Using Rallying Cry, War Cry and Challenging Shout, I’m not seeing any CDR when tested (I tested in Helltide for density, to make sure I was hitting targets.)
edit- it did seem to fix when placed on a new ring.
