This is supposed to be a legendary aspect and not a unique. The fact that this thing has lower drop rate than uniques is asinine. I’m going to hit 100 without getting one and I’ve been gambling full stop on rings for 50 levels.

Has anyone had a drop currently? I also try to get it since days through lvl 25+ nightmare dungeons, helltide and obols. Just getting the same crap rings all the time. It’s ok to be rare but this is ridiculous.

Same I’m level 52 and have been gambling the last 10-20 levels of orbs on rings only and have yet to see one I didn’t realize it had a lower drop rate but that makes so much sense and is so frustrating because it makes the build turn on essentially. I barely beat the capstone boss because I spent half the time running away waiting for my cooldowns so annoying. I played with the ring in the beta and it was awesome I’m still pissed they nerfed it to death

you probably missed them. i got 10 so far but no max roll yet.
bro rings have the lowest drop rate for any specific aspect because they can drop almost all of them
I have a max roll ring and got another one tonight from the Tree.
RNG is RNG.
I am in T4.
I got a 1.3 second roll back in t1 very early game and haven’t seen it since. I’m now level 85 and regularly farm tree for ring crates and have been consistently dumping 1000s of obols on rings too.
RNG is RNG for sure but it definitely feels much rarer than any other aspect (aside from max HoTA AOE damage, which I’ve also only gotten once)

Got a few 1.2’s and a 1.6 which is the highest I’ve found
Lvl 70 here and still havent seen one drop for me yet. Kinda sucks waiting for it to drop.

I got it and it made zero difference. Barb is scuffed right now. I’m sure people are clinging to builds that feel great at some level with some other synergization with gear.
My issue isn’t that I can’t clear my current content. My current issue is my buddy has been leveling his necro side by side with me 1-70 so far and his bonespear has just gone from decent to absolutely broken.
We’re in WT4 - Tier 35 Nightmare Dungeons. He runs in and clears rooms with 1-2 bone spears, ricocheting off of walls and other mobs - while I’m diving in there risking it all to use my highest ability (150K) for 1% of the mobs HP, over and over again. 1%, 1%, 1% (mind you that’s with good stats on my gear, aspects synergized, 2.6k weapon.)
Barb can be great I’m sure, but compared to others you’re really at a disadvantage. I guess what ever nerfs they did have just ruined the experience.
I have put in around 80 hrs and just got my first 1.
It was my very first legendary drop.
Lucky, I guess?
Big true. I got more uniques than this ring. Uniques i’ll probaby never use btw.

I hit lvl 80 last night and Bold Chieftain is only legendary aspect I’m looking for that I haven’t gotten yet.
I’ve managed 2 best in slot uniques but not the damn ring

Pretty much the same experience as a Rend build Vs a Bone Nec friend.
I’m at a lost, despite the hours I spent optimizing my gear by every possible way for it. Shuffling around the necessary stats just to get obliterated.
I absolutely refuse to use WW.
Ps: Concerning the thread, i’ve just got my first bold chieftain at lv.74 and it’s absolutely NOT game changing.
6 seconds ?? On top of Rage of Harrogath + Amulet CDR + Helmet CDR + booming voice, currently working on the marshal rune.
I am not even close to full time shouts.

66 now and wt4 but same story.
i gamble everything on rings. always go for helltide ring chests. do the tree of whisper and hope for ring bags but no, haven’t seen it yet
Got a 60 barb never got this ring. Got it on my level 35 HC barb and was so excited but only 6 seconds now?!?
The stats reroll on this thing is stupid now if it’s max 6 seconds. Who cares if u get 3 per monster if it caps at 6… 1 sec is just as good lol… only boss fights

True the roll more or less doesn’t matter on normal dungeons. Almost lvl 80 but no ring. Got the barb chest 3 times and finally the gloves though.
