I have a max rolled Bold Chieftain’s Loop ring (1.9s) and no matter how many enemies I Shout around, it’s not reducing the cooldowns of my shouts. I am using all three shouts and at 4 enemies it should do the max of 6 secs on each shout reducing from 24 seconds to 18, but it’s not.
Anyone else experiencing this same bug?
Everything working fine on my end, got a 1.8 one.
Bold Chieftan aspect is no longer working for me at all either.
My cooldowns don’t reduce by any seconds, no matter how many enemies are around me when I shout.
I’m playing on PC.
I’m fairly sure it was working since I got it until today.
Today I tried using the Marshal glyph to see if the effects stacked, which was when I noticed the issue. Using shouts near 5+ enemies was only reducing my cooldowns by 1.2 seconds, as per the glyph. But the aspect is no longer working at all.
Not sure if this caused the bug, or if I am only just noticing it wasn’t working until now.
I tried going back to a different glyph, one that doesn’t affect shouts (I’m only lvl 61 and have 1 glyph slot unlocked) yet the bug persisted.
It is on a legendary ring, not imprinted but found like that. I’ve upgraded the item 4/5. (or maybe upgrading broke it?)
I’ve tried unequipping it and re-equipping it.
tried equipping it in different ring slot.
tried relogging.
tried equipping a totally different ring with same aspect but only 1.2 seconds per enemy (main one is 1.5s).
tried equipping two rings with this aspect.
None of these attempts fixed the issue. Was beginning to believe Blizzard stealth disabled this aspect too, after reading about the whole edgemasters and of berserk ripping aspects being disabled thing.
But it doesn’t seem that that many people are reporting this issue when I googled it.
The only thing I haven’t been able to test is trying to imprint this aspect onto a different item type (maybe it is just bugged for rings? Can it even go on other item slots?).
But yeah, this aspect is definitely bugging for some of us and not working at all.

Yea it doesn’t work at all for me ever since the reduction to 6 secs…no responses, just more nerfs to barbs…tell them on twitter, only way to reach the devs it seems
Working fine here… Casting shout with enemies around the cooldown of my shout starts at 14 seconds… Casting them with no enemies around the cooldown starts at 20 seconds.
