Running a standard Arc Lash Ivy Veins build and dropped a Blue Rose ring so was wondering if i should respec my attack skill to make use of this ring or just forget it? Blizzard using Glacial Aspect maybe? Anyone please?

It’s decent, but it’s main feature is actually the increase to spike damage. That means you need to have a build that really focuses on spikes - Blizzard/Glacial. It’s not a tool that can be used that well in a hybrid build.
The other big problem is it’s on a Ring, and ring Aspect slots are painful to give up. After a lot of play testing with it on my Blizzard Sorc, I put it in the stash - the loss of one of my mana Aspects was too painful to give it up.

You don’t find tibaults to be the best mana aspect ever to compensate for loss of ring aspect?
I’m actualyl debating re-equipping occulus to get teleport CD down even more (not the evade enchantment) but pure teleport to keep triggering tibults for the mana.

Thanks guys, will stick to my build as per guide then. Was watching a utube vid of “Mordarim’s” blizzard sorc build and it seemed really op until he showed he uses a shako. Sort of gave up watching after that but maybe revisit after i hit lvl 100. My build is ok but i am not sure it is an “s” tier build.
