Basically the title.
Prior to the patch today hydra was weirdly bugged where only 1 head had the blue hue at > 10 ranks. Now hydra is correct with all the heads having the blue hue, but all the other skills are broken.

Edit edit edit, I went back and looked at footage from PTR and it looks like at least fireball didn’t have the blue hue there either
