It works with shadow corpse explosion, and blight at least.
The chill effect does take a bit to stack up though its not super fast, and tbh most of the time I’ve deleted the targets well before the freeze would happen… (side note, but exact same problem with the “deal 100% more damage after shadow blight procs 10x” aspect… Things are dying by stack 4, and the buff duration is too short and next mobility is to weak to chain it pack to pack reliably)
Regarding bloodless scream… One of the big new “meta” things to do now is get the umbral aspect on a ring (generate essence when you cc something) and use shadow corpse explosion and aspected blight as part of a bone spear build (blight to aoe pull them together getting resource for every target pulled, and 30 chance to proc roots for another resource boost… then the shadow damage procd chill into freeze and stuns, giving you combined huge essence generation for bone spears, as well as convenient mob pixaling/stacking to line up the bone spear kill shot.
As for me, I’ve got bloodless scream and the unique gloves that boost corpse explosion and turn corpse explosion into homing missiles, that thanks to bloodless scream now also chill targets, so I said screw bone spear and just went full on shadow
