Just found bloodless scream unique, is it any good? Is it even rare?

With RNG, rare is a relative concept, I have yet to see one iirc this season drop for me in the early 70s, but I get some of the really rare drops like the new Lidless unique shield almost every level.
I know they changed the drop rates to favor more rare items per hour, but this season has been a great test for a fresh season level/drop ratio.
I have played almost the exact same amount of time each day, with the exception of last Saturday, when I played a split chunk of 6 hours, three hours at a time.
My usual group time allows for me to play about 2-3 hours a night, from 7-10pm.

I use it. Using a Lidless eye build rn but I’ll swap back to BS at some point.
It’s good for a CC based build, and it’s good with the new wrathful aspect that increases damage every different type of CC you have on a target. It’s probably not the best weapon in the game, but it’s fun to freeze stuff on a necro.
The problem with Bloodless Scream is you’re giving up a 2H aspect for it. It is fun in a darkness build, a lot of CC and essence, but a 200% Blighted is a lot better.
Its bad because you need to have an aspect on your 2H or you’re giving up a huge multiplier.

Yea the problem is that “Chill” is inferior to just about any relevant aspect (At x2 power) you would want to put on a two hander.
