Blood wave is doing less damage than it should

Blood wave is barely doing any damage. I have stats that show the damage to be over 350,000 but it still rarely kills enemies. Why isn’t is working like it should.

Are you appying vulnerability on to enemies?

Sorry I just figured out how to get notifications for this and I was lucky to come across it again. I turned on the damage numbers so i could see the damage output. Just basic blood wave it would only damage one enemy and less than 1000 damage, with my curses active still mostly 1 enemy with still same amount or slightly higher damage, Vulnerability active almost 2000 damage on one enemy. At one point my skill did over 500k damage and still barely damaged two enemies. With bosses it will do a decent chunk, but usually only after their first attack change. It is still no where near what it should be doing. My basic skill rips through enemies and it does significantly less damage which is sad! I finally got rid of blood wave because it is just horrible.

You have to collect blood orbs after blood wave and then cast again. Without blood orbs wave is useless.

Blood orbs only heal you, reduce the time of the next overpowered attack, fortify you, and create more blood lances with the right enchantment. Blood orbs have nothing to do with the standard damage bloodwave is suppose to do.

Picking up 5 blood orbs give you 50% damage buff for 5 sec if you have Blood Begets Blood legendary node activated.

Oh thats nice, but unfortunately that wouldn’t solve the issue of why there is over 99% damage loss from the base damage. I get there are resistances that the enemies have but when the basic and core skill do more of the same type of damage before extra damage buffs then the bloodwave skill is just broken.

vulnerable using stuff like corpse tendrils are bugged since start of the patch so the big issue is not even this, when you make big groups the dmg split so you cannot kill them.

I mean, even using tendrils, or vulnerable, is an error data issue with crowd controlled mobs, is not meant to kill hundreds of mobds in one second, so the ram, etc is overstimulated and cannot handle.

Is a bug, not just a problem of nerfed, the issue is that clever people only kill elites, since Necro was in diablo 3 elite farmer and boss killer, so for the adressed issue is just fixing the mob killing problem instead of nerfing, but hey, even macrobioboy (MAXROLL) told it at the begining, and they DID NOTHING.

So is not to invent some excuses or apollogies, i don´t like one shot, but is this or continue another year with bones. Pretty tired of the game at this point. Is like they don´t know how to make a good game when they should have the max experience yet.
