This quest appears to be broken.
I’ve reached the step “Slay the remaining denizens of the Grove.”
There are no remaining denizens in the Grove. I have logged out and back in multiple times with quest failing at the same point.
Still broken, arrive in the grove as directed. Quest updates to “Slay remaining denizens of the grove”. No enemies appear, sat waiting in the grove the entire time I’ve been searching for a fix and posting this here. Still no enemies have appeared. Please fix Blizz, so I can finish doing all the side quests.
Yep still broken. Annoying that nobody tested it…
Found solution. It seems if you are solo on the shard the quest will progress.

What does this mean?
I had this issue and what worked for me after resetting the quest a few times. Slow down, let the monsters all spawn before you complete the bar seems to work. If you do the spiritborn trick of one sgotting everything it doesnt register things in the correct sequence
A month later and still bugged, does Blizzard plan to put money bounties on game bugs?
