This is happening in helltide, the blood event where you have to be over the seals to give blood. One bugged out and its acting like someone is on it but it isnt giving credit for that spot. Have a screenshot but yalls forums are pretty bad.
i just encountered the same bug, even after the timer is at zero the event wouldnt finish and it just continues on even if no one is standing on the last pillar spot. even the blood sucking animation is going on by itself without a person standing in the circle.
