so i just applied an aspect i have already unlocked to an item, and now the item has a big fat red X across it and says its “blocklisted”.
what is this? what does that even mean? there is no descriptor in game which explains this.

It means it’s turned off for now.
why? what does that mean “turned off”? and why am i still able to apply the aspect if thats the case?
There is currently a bug where if you change an aspect from one class aspect to another class aspect it retains the use of the original class. For example, if you get an item with a SB aspect and change it to a Necromancer aspect the item is still locked to a SB class.
It seems after patch the items are still Blocklisted
