Title says it all. Please either put an increasing cooldown on emote spam, or silence them entirely when we choose to block a particular player. Just did a world boss where the person just sat around the ENTIRE time spamming the same emote for 15 minutes while we waited for the boss to spawn and then throughout the whole kill.
