Edit: This has now been mentioned in the recent hotfix, as for the conversation in this section it was as we speculated. it was a bug and has been fixed! no need to ponder anymore. 
Just noticed that with the Placeholder icons for both the mount armor and trophies gone, the Lapisvein mount is also gone from my stable. More curious to just know if this is intended for now while a fix is being implemented for the missing seasonal journey stuff. Iāve been using the lapisvein ever since it showed up in my stable so itās still there as my āactiveā mount so I would love to hear some clarification on this if possible.

Edit: In this case I want to clarify that Iām asking specifically about the mount! seeing the Placeholder icons for the armor and trophy made it clear that they werenāt supposed to be there yet. this topic is only about the mount itself.

Make sure to read all of the details of a purchase. This is not a bug, the PH was temporary, youāll receive your items on the 31st.

Reference numbers 2 and 3 in the product details, which are related to Diablo 4, only say:
- Ā²Mount access must be unlocked in DiabloĀ® IV before using mounts.
- Ā³Battle Pass unlock applies to one DiabloĀ® IV Seasonal Battle Pass only.
There is no information about time limitations in Diablo. From what I can see, the October 31, 2023 date only applies to Overwatch 2.

Yeah that is how i read it, plus the fact that i was able to use the mount, banner and trophy, just not the Midnights reigns armour. and now it has all vanished

I know for the mount armor and Trophy that they werenāt āreadyā yet as it had the placeholder icons and wasnāt textured, but Iām asking specifically about the mount since I know that alot of people used it and it had an icon, fully textured with visual effects. Iām referring specifically to the mount itself as the mount looked finished and āaccessibleā.

Edit: And yes I did of course read the details of purchase when i bought the pack. hence why Iām asking if there can be any clarification about the mount itself or if removing all the items from the pack was intended.

Iād chalk it up to an error on Blizzards part, when they released Season 2 it was probably programmed in to send it through, they realized this mistake and hotfixed it out again. Itās happened before sadly.

Which is what Iām thinking aswell, which of course is no big deal, itās going to be available for us at some point anyways, I still appreciate mentioning the detail of purchase still, because there is in fact alot of people who doesnāt read haha.

Yeah I noticed it too.
Thankfully itās still my active mount (it looks awesome), but Iām avoiding the stable master completely until itās fixed in case I lose it! (yes I know it will be available again, but Iām impatient)
I didnāt even get any of the Diablo IV cosmetic items from the Legendary pack. The Battle Pass I managed to activate today, after several attempts. I opened a Ticket about it, but the response I got was: āWe donāt have a solution for this yet, keep an eye on the forums.ā
Was noted in todayās hotfix patch.

Its just super annoying that they cant communicate these things BEFORE ppl purchase the package. Let alone removing the mountā¦ until further notice?

Fixed an issue where bonus items from the Blizzcon Collection were granted early and displayed placeholder content.
Fixed an issue where the Season of Blood Battle Pass only rewarded a total of 666 Platinum instead of the intended 700 Platinum.
Fixed an issue where the Real ID name of players was displayed locally in the Clan menu by default.
Various stability improvements.
Meaning it was a bug that you got the mount early & they are still working on it.

Theyāre probably releasing it along with the other goodies in the pack at the intended date.
Unsure if they updated the product details but now it specifically says that the ingame items for diablo 4 will be available ingame by 3rd of November, 2023.
There were certain items of other games where they specified when they will be available ingame.
And every thing else that wasnt specified is already ingame. They didnt specify when the mount would be available so everyone rightfully assumed its available now!!! This miscommunication is whats buggin most ppl.
How much time does it take to put a date beside those items? I mean way less than letting an entire community try to figure it out before they buy it let alone chasing after answers after it was gone. If it was meant to be released at a later date ppl would have known that it was a bug.
What does āGranted earlyā supposed to mean? it said āPurchaseā not āPre-Orderā.
I want what I paid for now. What a stupid āfixā.

It was meant to be given out on Oct 31st, but they made a mistake and granted it early. At that point they shouldāve just left it in.
