I purchased the legendary edition of the blizzcon collection like I do yearly, I received all the rewards in all the games except in Diablo 4? is there a specific person I need to talk to claim the ferocious Lapisvein Mount, the Cobalt Ensign Mount Trophy, and the Demon-Mother Countenance Mount Trophy as well as the fearsome Midnight Harness Mount Armor? Why are promos not mailed like in WOW and Diablo 3.

They probably aren’t active yet.

I suspect they will be added in the next patch. Yeah, the next season patch. Be patient.

And you couldn’t have gotten these yet:

  • ⁴OverwatchÂŽ Premium Battle Pass is only available for Season 7.

  • ⁾OverwatchÂŽ 2: Mystery Name Card will be available in game by October 31, 2023.

  • ⁡HearthstoneÂŽ: Mystery Signature Legendary Card will be revealed by November 5th 2023, and will be available in game by November 14th 2023.

  • ⁸Warcraft Rumble™ items will be available in game by November 3, 2023, and may be claimed after completing the first campaign zone, Elwynn Forest. Battle.netÂŽ Account required to access Warcraft Rumble™ items.

I should have specified more clearly, the rewards for World of Warcraft.

Not sure if that helps, but its a point. It might not be active in-game yet.

Thanks, was curious about this myself. A bunch of the rewards have an asterisk and say “available in November”, but the Diablo stuff doesn’t say that. Guessing it will go live in season 2 since I don’t have them either

My biggest gripe with this now though, is the fact that after I had bought this pack for 53 bucks, and have the OW Premium battlepass, they put out a 40 dollar pack on OW that includes the pass. Yet the fact that I already have it, doesn’t discount that pack, even though it shows in the pack that I have it.

So… Bit scummy. May want to rethink your needs if you play that game. Might also affect any bundles with D4 when the season launches here, if they are pulling that with OW.

Just a thought. Maybe its an error and it will get fixed but for now, its pretty bad in my opinion, especially when I already feel most of the cosmetic things in-game are already over priced.

The collection thing isn’t bad, and I am used to doing one of these every Blizzcon anyway, but to not have a discount on a bundle that has a portion of it is just wrong.

I bought the collection and didn’t get the Overwatch2 and Diablo 4 items yet. Blizzard responded to the ticket and said the OW items would be granted closer to BlizzCon and then closed the ticket without saying anything about the D4 items. I reopened the ticket and specifically asked about the D4 items and now waiting to hear back on that.

Well, it depends.

Sometimes they get released right away, other times they wait till Blizzcon.

In this case, the Battlepass stuff was awarded right away, along with the horse cosmetics.

However.

There is a bug preventing them from awarding correctly and showing up.

When the season first launch, I was able to select the house mount. But now, the horse mount doesn’t show in the stable, but I’m still able to summon it.

I have not activated my battle pass yet, and it shows me the option to do so. I plan to wait till the problem is resolved first.
