Marketing: Pay as much as you can to say the expansion is coming up. All plataforms, all influencers. We don’t care how much it costs.

Sales: Let’s start selling the game in season 5 so everyone can prepare ahead to october 8th. Offer all kinds of pre-release content.

Devs: Let’s focus on runewords, a new class, new dungeon and new seasonanl content.

Maintance team: Nope, we haven’t heard from our superiors since season 4 launch. Ops, it’s Oct 8th and it seems there’s a major issue.

yep and even if you want a refund you cant get one because of the imidiate pet you got its in the terms of sale

I’m just amazed how this has happened every time a new season starts. you figure at some point they would get unlucky and not have a issue and everything would work.
