It doesn’t crit, damage is static.
Is it classified as a Damage Over Time spell?
The tag just says “Mastery” and “Frost” - how are you supposed to scale this
I made a thread about this a while back, yeah the UX writing in this game is really not doing it. Tooltips are sup-par, even with advanced tooltips.
It’s entirely a DoT. Stackable too.
