Blizzard needs to come to their senses.
No matter what build you build, you don’t want optimal balance between users. However, at least in hunting, designing the game so that end content cannot be enjoyed except for certain balances, items, and specific jobs will result in a decrease in the ultimate fun of the game in the long term.
I think that a game that allows ranking competition between users, competition between builds, farming, and PVE, as well as dueling to some extent, would have a fun balance.
There is a huge difference between the fun balance that users want and Blizzard’s fun balance.
Rather than excessively including boss patterns or instant kills in hack and slash games,
Just look at the hell difficulty monsters in Diablo 2, they temporarily reduce the user’s resistance or defense, and sometimes summon subordinate monsters infinitely.
Why don’t you see the results you’ve made?!
Whose idea was it to kill instantly upon 3 stacks of the boss curse?!
What do the developers of Diablo 4 think while watching POE2?! Diablo like?! That’s right…the developer of POE2 also said that he was inspired by D2L & D2R …and Blizzard must feel it. They would have hoped that POE2 would be the sequel to Diablo that users wanted.

Unfortunately it seems to be a plague that’s sweeping arpgs in general these days

Actually D4 is one click button game.
Skills in PoE2 have timings (individual) and it is very difficult to make it as auto-cast.
Also lie is one shot kill…PoE2 has no Critical Damages like D4…so simply you are trolling here.

To be fair and honest, there is at least 1 boss that has/can 1 shot.
It’s that stupid Colossal boss in act 2, with it’s Knife/sweeping attack. It doesn’t 1 shot you all the time but it CAN. It’s a very inconsistent mechanic.

yeah Poe 2 needs 2 years?….even then I don’t see them fixing this…
They have 6!! More classes to add…which honestly I don’t see how they can do it in a year…considering the 6 current classes aren’t even finished

I’m really unfamiliar with GGG but if they say it, I’ll put my faith into their word, though I don’t see myself playing much of the game any more.
Thinking about it, once S7 starts I might as well uninstall the game from my P.C. I just don’t see myself playing it anymore. Not saying it’s BAD, but hey I gave it a try and that gives me the right to Judge it thusly! 
I didn’t see it before, but I’m starting to see it now… it would seem that Yes, POE 2 will cater to a certain Niche group of people indeed.

I think that I would find the Greatest enjoyment if I had a dedicated group of people to play the game with.
I’m a team player kind of person, just like in D 2, I love finding games where the room said,
“act 1 start”
or
“act 1 New”
Everybody would join those games level 1, level 2, level 5 … and run act 1, act 2 together (Hopefully nobody dropping out).
Doing countless Trist runs till level 15, then
ACT 2 TOMBS
or
TOMB RUNS 01 
Reach level 25 and graduate to Baal runs…
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, those were the days…

Innovation of one-shot mechanic on a pinnacle boss:
A fireball slowly lowering down in mid air with a flame circle around it.
Experienced gamers: Cool, nicely telegraphed. I will avoid the circles!
The developer: Ha! Got’em. Stand in the circle so you don’t get one-shot, fool.

D4 is higher quality than PoE2.
Their fun balance makes them the most profit in the shortest amount of time.
Your balance would be more fun at the expense of profit.
Guess which one wins everytime?
DIV team is bigger than the whole world poulation. They need 1+ years to implement a single unique x-bow (ohh i know you all like me talking about not having a unique x-bow in the game “yet”). Here ill give you a kiss for your patience 
Nevertheless if it takes sooo long to implement a single weapon, how long would a small software team need to implement 6 classes?
