I’m sorry to say no matter what we say, Diablo devs will not listen. They’ve proven they don’t care about the opinions of the people filling their pockets with money which they seem to love sssooooo much… They focused on new $30+ USD cosmetics rather than lillith who has been bugged since the beginning of the season and two patches/hot fixes have been released and they slid in a secret update with the new “red hood menace” or whatever anyways there’s no point in voicing your opinions here they don’t care I paid $80+ to a company who when I had a problem responded with AI “game masters” and told me to basically “go away, we don’t care and there is nothing we can do”.
I’ve said this before this game got me through some rough times and I wish I could save this game also it’s pointless

what do you mean by AI Game Masters? Game Masters are a thing in MMOs tbh. Perhaps you mean forum moderators or the devs themselves contacted you?
I know I quoted this above but wanted to separate it from your main point. Seems odd that anyone would tell you to literally bugger off, stop talking about it, and say they can’t fix it…I am hoping you are wrong on that, OP. I really am.

I have no doubt that you do have pictures from someone. I wouldn’t think they would be called Game Masters in a game that isn’t an MMO, though. But the point is moot.
This was my main point, though. I would think they’d literally want to take responsibility for things that need fixing, but yeah.
What exactly do you think I’m “trying”? And why is it a “nice try”? Granted, I get the nice is you being sarcastic, but I am literally just trying to understand your situation. But by all means, keep insisting that I am attempting to do something.

Ido how to post pics here but I have messages for game master banryser and 3 other different “game master” names, I had to reopen tickets cause they tried to say it was my fault that I disconnected (my internet is perfectly fine) and kept closing the tickets one me
Depends where they are tbh. If they are on your laptop or desktop (PC in general), then I should think it should be pretty simple. I think it might be that you can take the filename of your pic, assuming it’s on your PC, and copy/paste it into the text box you type posts into.
If it’s on your phone, you’ll need a USB cable of some kind, then connect your phone to your PC that way, and it should let you transfer the pic from your phone to your PC. Just some helpful tech tips ^^
That is highly unfortunate…if your internet was fine, then it was likely on their end…or perhaps you were experiencing very brief disconnects? So brief you didn’t or couldn’t notice??? Likely was on them, though. And no-one should close tickets due to disconnects, whether it was on your end or not.
I feel bad for you tbh. Sounds like whoever these game masters were, including this banryser–they were not being helpful at all, having a stance of indifference towards helping you. That is what they’re being paid to do, though. Or at least I thought it was.
That would be like you paying a psychologist (therapist) to listen to your problems, and they ignore you by being on their phone the whole time, not even paying attention at all 
Then blaming you for what was ultimately their fault, and saying, “okay, time’s up! See you next time!” The logical thing to do would be to not go back, and find a different therapist, though. Too bad you can’t get help from different GMs, though. They probably respond based on whoever is available at the time…
if you call people out for insulting the devs, then you shouldn’t insult people. This person has mostly complained about the game, you on the other hand directly insult people while running cover for a corporation for ripping people off.
Ahhh, the Salty One returns yet again! You’ll notice it may have started out that way, but I eventually got through that I was just trying to ask what was actually going on…
I would like to know how you feel I’m running cover for Blizz somehow…I just praise a few things here and there…that does not equal running cover for or trying to protect their rears. I have never stated I like everything about this game. Also…kinda hard to refute people that are insulting the devs or other players without insulting them right back. The touchiness in some people though.
This seems to be the logic they use: I can be as freaking loud and belligerent as I want, but if I see someone slightly supporting Blizz in any way, they must be attacked! Shun the nonbeliever! Shuuun!!!
Honestly, just done. If you don’t like me, just block me and be done with it instead of using whatever passes for logic with you people. I’ve had enough of being accused of being Blizzard’s white knight and somehow working for them/on their payroll.
Edit: Odd you find the time to attack me when there are plenty more people that are insulting people that have venomous opinions just as badly…or even trolling them back.
