So I purchased the full deluxe edition to the reliquary in season 11 for Diablo 4 but didn’t receive it due to to the reason that I had claimed a free reward from it before I purchased the deluxe edition. They stated that “Because I did that I cant just unlock the rest and that it would haft to be the whole thing”(I have all of this saved it was bizarre), but after them saying that and hafting to deal with each Support person that would keep setting my ticket to resolved even thought it wasn’t even close so id just make a new one and continue, they finally told me I’d get the free deluxe battle pass token in the next season because of what happened. Once I got told that after fighting with like four different people I accepted and left at that and re-purchased everything I was supposed to get!
SOO….. Season 12 is here and of course no token for free reliquary, tried to submit a ticket but it wasn’t even loading (Prob because a lot of others putting in tickets because blizzard is just not good now), and I gave up and went for refund with proof and it was the fastest ticket they’ve ever responded too which was a hard nope immediately.
Like did I just legit get robbed and got told too bad with nothing I can do about it all because I wanted cool looks in a game but they cant make a game work right?
