As most people will build their character for leveling purposes and then at level 50 above, will likely need to respec everything to end game farming build.
Since respec cost increase the higher level you are, I hope it is not too punishing to do so.
Same goes for paragon board, there will be lots of trial and error the board is pretty complex and in depth.

IMHO every rpg should give a free re-spec once you finish story. This lets you transition fro ma lvl build to a farming/end game build w/o sinking a lot into it
True. But I ain’t greedy…,. You can charge me for a respec fee but at least don’t make it punishing because you know people will erase their leveling build in favor end game build…
I just wish they’d added an in-game Mock-up Build Planner that we could use(vs 3rd party sites for us Single Monitor users…) considering we can’t even see the entire scope of the ParaBoards initially.
(no, not asking for loadouts! though I do have an idea that keeps the respec $$ crowd and the low cost folks equally happy

eg. Thing I found with my SS Ranged Rogue Build - Super Fast. Trash Killer. Elite Smasher. Slow on Bosses(though it needs levels and tweaking yet) - There seems to be a possibility with it where I’ll have to respec specifically for ST - Bosses mainly but not have to do a full repec by any means.

The cost at 50 won’t be too much I don’t think. It’s once you start going deeper into the paragon tree that the cost is going to start racking up and making your build more permanent.
Don’t make careless choices. Plan in advance so you don’t have to respec so much. Farm and plan to have resources to respec if that’s what you want/need to do. If you don’t have the money to respec, then you get more reason to farm. If you completely screwed your build beyond farming capability somehow . . . oops, guess you can suffer or start over.
I hope respec costs are reasonable, then rather quickly become something to think about. I want reasons to use my currency and resources, not just hoard them for the sake of having an ever-increasing number that becomes pointless.
Dont get trapped in the wow mentality of needing to constantly respec for every little thing. You dont need to.
Or D3? Not only could you respec at any time (except while playing a Greater Rift or in the middle of combat), D3 had an armory, where you could save 10 different builds.
Just saying there’s no need to pick on WoW.
