Blighted Corpse Explosion doesn't grow bigger with +% corpse explosion size

I noticed that Blighted Corpse Explosion doesn’t get bigger with +% corpse explosion size. I have +40% CE size and it makes no difference if I have the gear with the size increase equipped or not. It does grow if it is normal corpse explosion.

EDIT:

I was hoping that this patch would fix this but it didn’t. BCE doesn’t get bigger still.
