Sorry if this has been asked before (googled and couldn’t find a suitable answer). Are the orbiting blades supposed to reduce the cooldown when they hit enemies? Or is it just when they leave the punctured mob and return to you hitting mobs in their path? I am fairly certain it’s the latter yes? And do the orbiting blades also slow enemies giving crowd control, or also just when they come back to you (pre-orbiting)? Thanks in advance y’all.
The cdr has nothing to do with the blade dancer’s aspect. It comes from the Advanced Twisting Blades skill upgrade, and yes, on return for every enemy they pass through. However, it is apparently “not working as expected” and tb will not be unavailable for 1st 2 weeks of season 1.
I really hope Blizz don’t disable it on eternal, as well…
@Ferdey I think OP understands that the CDR is from Advanced Twisting Blades and just wanted to know if it’s effects apply when aspects like Blade Dancer’s modify the behavior of the skill, which is something I’ve been wondering as well for this particular scenario.
But to the additional point you brought up: I’m assuming you mean the CDR skill enhancement specifically isn’t working correctly? Do you by chance know what isn’t working with it?
1 more thing. You said “TB will NOT be UNavailable for 1st 2 weeks of season 1” So it will be available? Or did you actually mean that it will not be available? I really hope that’s not the case cuz I just started trying out Rogue with that build to get the hang of it with intentions to use during season 1.
