After the Twisting Blades CDR nerf, I have also not gotten the Bladedancer’s Aspect to drop, and am stuck with the Codec lowest roll since then. Every other Aspect has dropped multiple times. Of course, statistically, probably just bad luck, but it seems odd. Aspects like Umbral, which can only drop on rings, I have gotten a couple of. Bladedancer can drop on Weapons, Amulets, Gloves and Rings, and should be 4 times as easy to get as Umbral…
Same , been on season 1 and not gotten a single drop and am level 77!!
I have a few 15% and I’ve binned a bunch lower. So it definitely can still drop.

I get Bladedancer quite frequently - at a guesstimate about 2-3x more than Encircling Blades (which is the one I want cuz I use Flurry not TB)…
Tinfoil hat time? Game “knows” what u want so u get it less? 
Honestly for TB and Flurry the % doesn’t even matter.

I think it is just RNG, I get it often and I don’t run a TB build.
Compared to pre-season, for me instead Edgemaster is really rare.
It’s RNG but it’s way harder to get max roll aspects since the Patch. I only have one max roll Disobendience drop in season 1 and I am level 100.

For example, I’m 70 and only found my first bursting venom ytd.
