I know blade shift is the least used , but i love it , and always have. i make my own shadow twisting blades build with blade shift and loved it since beta. however, as i return to it and run thru the campaign with it, i noticed there is no temper manuals for it. All of the other basic skills have a manual upgrade, and heartseeker even has two! But no blade shift ? why? Maybe increase to attack speed with blade shift or, longer phase duration or resistances duration? something? Feel completely left out 
It does, it’s just a garbage mobility one.
