I’ve done countless Apparition Incursion events, & have never seen The Blackmailer spawn. This is the last Boss ability I need to unlock, & the one I’ll be using for my main ability most likely. I’m seriously about to give up on this A-Hole mob ever spawning for me!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Yes, me too. Never found Blackmailer and I’ve been doing incursions every time they have whispers. It is important for my build too. So far I’ve tried in normal and Torment 1.
Has anyone found him? I haven’t found him either?
Yes, I have the power, got it a couple days ago iirc. It does exist!

Blackmailer spawn twice during your time in the forum.

I got it very early without having even thought about it. Just do the content in the game 
I got all 10 in the first day
The Torusk for me seemed the most rare. Coincidentally the only one that seemed a little good.
