I am running an Xbox Series S. I went in a dungeon called Underroot I think. The first part of this dungeon is called “Labyrinth Of Rot” and all the stairs are blacked out. There is no texture on any of the stairs in the dungeon. Everything else looks fine. I have screenshots and I would include them but it won’t let me. Hope that helps.

Same issue for me, but I’m on a PC. It’s always stairs or some kind of connector between platforms in a dungeon.
Can confirm, PS5 user here and noticing there’s a graphical error with stairs. Doesn’t affect gameplay, but the texture just isn’t there.
Ran Halls of Sacrifices and all the stairs were black and missing texture.
Same problem here, I thought it was my GPU at first but everywhere else works fine. Underrot is where the missing textures are happening.
“Me too” - Actually seen this on the PC side prior to this last patch. Just spent half a day uninstalling and re-installing D4 just to see if something didn’t load in right.
