I’ve been having this issue only since VoH expansion, but every 2 or 3 times I teleport, game completely locks up. Black screen with hud overlayed. Never had the problem in base D4 with the same rig. I’m hardwired, AMD throughout, have tried the scan and repair, etc. This seems to be a widespread issue. Blizzard ever actually acknowledge and offer a fix?

Same here. Bevor the S7 Update everything was fine. But after this the whole game is so instable. Most time it happens while teleporting. But sometimes the screen freeze without warning.
i’ve had this twice today. 7 times yesterday. 8 the day before. PLEASE FIX THIS BLIZZARD
3 seasons in a row with disconnects anytime I load a new area, town, waypoint, etc.
Not quite the same as everyone elses (maybe I’m lucky in one sense), but on teleporting to any waypoint, I need to wait ~5s before even dreaming of moving, otherwise the screen blacks for a split second, then draws like I’ve got triple vision (like a drunkard) and it doesn’t go away until I close and re-open the game 
Only ever started happening to me after S7 launch. PC specs hasn’t changed, reinstalled the game, tried the dozens of different ‘tricks’ etc to no avail. Really disappointing that Blizz manages to break their own game like this.
I just posted it on a diff string with the same issue but Blizz Support directed me to a topic where they’ve been talking about this issue since August with no solutions… I don’t know what’s going on but they seem to have no intention of actually doing anything to fix it.
Happened to me once yesterday and again a couple of minutes ago.
