This season is ruined for me due to the constant disconnections and black screens after the teleport. This problem has occurred since the beginning of this season and did not occur in past seasons. The problem is related to the season 7 patch. I’ve seen other similar posts. It’s unbearable to lose elixirs and have to reopen the game all the time.

I had a friend who was experencing this. It had something to do with an older verson of windows, althrough he did upgrade his pc along with installing a newer verson of windows. He now does not have that problem.
Make sure all your drivers are updated (video card and windows), your running on an SSD.
Do a you have a NVIDIA or AMD graphics card?
I had the exact same problem most of last season until I unticked “Vertical Sync” in the game graphics option. I have an AMD card with FSR enabled. Could something completely different for you but still check the option.
I had “vertical Sync” enabled and now I disabled it. I don’t use FSR. My card is an AMD RX6750XT. I’ll test it and get back to you if everything is ok. Thanks.
I have the exact same card. Didn’t have a single black screen since I disabled the option. Hope that also works for you.
I disabled that option but after that the display did not “run” smoothly. I have a Radeon RX5700XT
At least, did that solve the crashing problem when you are using a town portal?
Maybe try reducing the overall visual quality of the game or enable AMD FSR (upscaling). At what resolution are you playing? Make sure it is not too high for your system.
