Black screen after teleport

yeah it pretty much happens more in group than solo. Season 9 was good no problems but this season 10 its happen every single teleport it freezes the game and my WINDOWS for a couple of seconds, not mentioning when it black screens and crash entire game forcing you to restart.

I am not installing 3rd party software that I dont know to LIMIT my cpu resource cause a 1000 R$ game dont work PROPERLY.

Because nobody cares about players. They already paid the game.
