I am also experiencing the bug where the screen goes black with the GUI still showing after teleporting requiring me to log out and back in. This started with the VoH launch but it was fairly infrequent. With the new season, it is happening almost every time I teleport anywhere that is not an instance. I was told to report it here so I am.
