I know! Sacrilegious auto detonate and Black River was my go to! Blizzard messed up bad here. Nothing more appealing than high aoe detonation.
I was wondering too. IV been trying to get it since start and no luck. Is it gone or is it just super rare now??
No, it can´t be dropped. But we don´t know wether it´s a bug or Blizzard removed it. But removing it makes no sense for me. It´s not op and a keyitem for the mechanic.
It’s not a bug. The item doesn’t exist anymore.
