About 4 weeks ago I got to my max level and picked up the mercenary followers. I was trying to finish all the new quests and get the new areas discovered too.
I was doing this one quest (I have no idea the name or anything about the story line or directions- ever since the offensive cleric murder by the congregation I have skipped cut scenes and read nothing of the quest lines) —- but yes this one quest is in a cavern that is pitch black. There are small spigots you light with a latern or torch that create a dim light that you can kill monsters in. However I couldn’t find the finish of the cavern so O logged out. A week ago I logged in again, lit some ground lighting, killed more cave creatures, and wandered the cave. But I still couldn’t find the end of the caverns. So I town ported to the jungle city and logged off.
I have to protest that the dark caves are boring bland frustrating and too hard for a casual gamer who only wants to eventually complete all the world quests! I am discouraged from logging in again knowing I won’t finish that quest and I want to clear all the land map and do the quests for all locations.
Blizzard did not make this stupid level easy like Diablo 3 or 2. I do t have a high IQ to solve mazes. I must protest in rage and go bezerker stance with a challenging shout with my endless rage. I never did and probably never will finish the last 3 expansions because after the Burning Crusade Warriors got lame and I just played a lot of Diablo 3. I think U am going to sell my stupid tech stocks and buy a 100 grand worth of Blizzard so I can vote on the stock and voice my displeasure at the high IQ and problem solving skillz now requisite to do the Diablos. I was supa cool in the Marines and only once accidently almost mark 19ed on the LT which was not really my fault since he was in the wrong place at the time.
Blizzard needs to fix that or alternatively invite me to come to the Cali HQ and have some nice Blizzard employees help me play through the area and then give me a cool Arthas Sword to apologize.
