Not sure if you know how the lottery works, but you can either get the lump sum of the winnings, or have it paid out over the course of 30 years.
If you choose the former, there’s a mandatory 24% federal withholding for any winnings over $5,000. So basically 1/4th of the prize money down the drain right there. However you also have to realize that receiving that much money also puts you into the top federal income tax bracket of 37%, better save 40% of it just in case.
By the time you get done paying off Uncle Sam, you’ll have enough money to make a 1% difference in the stock of Blizzard, assuming you use the rest of the earnings to only buy blizzard stock.

Even if you have the money, I don’t think you could buy all the shares, or even a majority of them. You could only buy shares that are up for sale, and I don’t think 50.1% of the shares are up for sale.
The only way you could buy shares that aren’t up for sale is to launch a takeover bid, and Microsoft has beat you to this.
