Beta Rewards - Duration to claim if not yet purchased D4

I have preordered Diablo 4 for PS5 and downloaded the client to both PS4 and PS5. My mum played the beta with me, we both slew Ashava and checking her PSN today it said she needs buy the game. With Diablo 3, as her PS4 has my PSN still active on the console; mum can play too and D4 is on her account game list like mine. Can she play it on June 6th as is or will she need to also purchase the game?
If mum must also buy a copy, how long have we got for her to be able to claim her beta rewards; wolf cub pet, Ashava mount trophy and the title please?

I believe that’s a questions for the support not in forums since we the players dont have any info on that kind of information , my best guess is if she played the beta and did all the required challenges then she have it embedded into her account and should have it anytime she buys the game in the future .

but yet again , you should make sure with blizzard support

  1. The Beta Rewards are attached to your Battlenet account. You already have them no matter when you buy the game. Buying the game, at any point, and logging in should allow you to access them.

  2. While progress is Cross Platform assuming you have your Bnet account linked to the Console account, you still need to buy D4 for each platform that you want to play it on. Sony, Microsoft, and Blizzard don’t have a deal that allows you to buy one copy and play on all platforms.

I have linked my battlenet account to my psn before the beta, i did all the things needed to get all 4 beta rewards. Got the achievement for killing ashava. But i have 0 rewards on my account right now. Missing everything, really bummed about it, anything i can do?

Good morning!

I don’t work for Blizzard so I honestly don’t know yet what can be done if they are not showing up.

The Beta Rewards are bound at the Bnet account level and should be in the vendor tabs where they belong assuming the account is the same one played during Beta.

This is obviously something impacting several people so the most I can do is make sure they know there is a possible bug related to Deluxe, Ultimate, and Beta in-game rewards being granted.

Yeah i am on ps5 with the ultimate edition. It seems to be a problem for some people but most things i can find about this problem are the forum question from may with people asking where the item are during the beta’s. This obviously is screwing with any searchable hits.

I hope other people will make it more aware

Same issues here got the pre-order stuff, but none of the beta item’s and did them all.
