Closing in on level 60 with my WW Barb and I have yet to see a single item drop with this aspect. What’s the best way to farm for it? Nightmare dungeons? Whispers? Helltides? Gambling Obols? I’m getting real tired of having to chase after succubi and the like that love to back pedal from a fight… and all in different directions. 
Time to pull them into the Cuisinart whether they like it or not.

Grasping doesnt proc anyway but once every 5 minutes so you will be chasing succubi anyway.
The aspect is beyond broken and frankly useless.

Oh… so no point in farming for it then. Thanks. Wow… everything about this game just screams, “Meh”.
i got it like 10 times already, it’s like 1/5-10s, it’s good when you go inside elites+smaller and you start pulling more and more… i’ve seen it proc more often when you are inbetween 20+ creeps…
edit : also don’t use it if you farm Champion’s demise, it’s useless there and those goats hit harder than lilith… go inside blind burrows or edin, easy farm

Yeah. Its been my only frustration with this game so far honestly. Level 80 barb and i havent seen grasping whirlwind, or conceited aspect yet
Haven’t seen either grasping WW or bold chieftains. Just gave up on WW builds.
I wouldn’t sweat it too much. it doesn’t proc very often. more than 5 mins but I would say a couple of times a minute. basically about 5% of the time using WW. they need to buff it asap
