i’m between incinerate sorc and dance of knives rogue for leveling, i don’t know which one is better, can you help me?
my goal is just get to lvl 60 asap and farm some paragons
Depends what you’re doing. Do you have any paragon levels at all yet? If you’re trying to get to say, 100, 200, any good leveling build is fine. If you’re trying to push 250+, you’re going to need a class that has a really good pit build, regardless of whether or not you use that same build to get through 1-60. (You can do other content, but it’s noticeably slower.)
you can try a bear druid, it’s brutal and quite easy 
I dont think it matters much in a game u 1hit everything unless they changed the difficulty in lvling…
Whatever you feel like playing. You can reach level 60 in a few hours regardless.
Increasing difficulty as you go from normal/hard/expert/penitent will have you leveling even faster.

exactly. only a few minor things i personally avoid especially on day 1. Worldbosses for example. Really just not worth the time while leveling. On day 1 they still take quite a long time to die. so yea, no point.

Firewall sorcerer will get you to level 60 quickly and will work well for first 50 paragon, but will rapidly fall off thereafter.
Minion necro might be the play this season due to how powerful it is and ease of build.
A dance of knives rogue or arrowstorm rogue might work too, though arrowstorm takes a bit to come online.
I will always fight that the best leveling build is the one you have the most fun with
Minion Necro had been a good leveling build last season, will be even better this season. Build does not need anything to work, just have your minions around, done. And also, super lazy, just walk through the zones, drink your coffee and your minions destroy the content for you. Minimum APMs. Your wrist will thank you 
P.S.
Adding the ring of sacrilegious soul will even auto half of your skills, so you can just walk and press your ulti now and then. Without picking up drops and stuff, could be reduced to 5 APMs or something.

dance of knives should not be hard, i think u should just hold a button if u can mantain charges
Just play what you like.
I leveled up a incinerate sorc on PTR.
It was pretty fast and easy.
I managed to clear up to 92 pit in the limited time on the PTR.
The witch powers gives a lot of options for damage and survivability.
