Hi all i was thinking of creating a necromancer for season 1 and taking a break from leveling on my poison tb rogue (currently sitting at level 75 and slowly getting there not rushing to 100)
Whats the best build out there for beginners like myself? (: thanks !
the best build is the build you like to play the most. It depends on you.
Best DPS build? Maybe Bone Spear necromancer.
I don’t see being a beginner gonna be problems to play any build as you’re playing lv.75 rouge
BUT let see patch notes of season 1 before choosing what build you want to play.
I am playing Blood Necromancer. I don’t play Bone Spear. Bone Spear has, probably, best DPS. but not my best build.

There is an odds on chance of it getting obliterated with nerfs when the new season drops. I’d wait to see what happens if I were you. We may see a new spec rise to claim the proverbial crown, or the whole class might wind up crippled.

Well it depends on what you find but minions are strong during leveling and thorns damage is helpful in WT1/2. Bone Spear and Sever are both pretty decent for leveling too. Hybrid builds in general work really well at same level.
Mendeln needs the ring and BS takes off more once you can sustain. Infinimist and Spirit are for pushing. I don’t know anything about Blood.
Bone Spear has replaced Spirit as the preferred bone pushing build. It is unfortunately better than Spirit at pretty much everything.
THORNS you should follow in Rod Ferguson’s footsteps and play the best build in the game. This is a joke please don’t do this just go bone.
My Corpse Explosion build is perhaps the easiest I’ve seen anywhere. I’m on PS5 and all I do is press R1. Obliterates everything. You can’t get any more beginner than that.
Good luck on getting a Exposed Flesh Aspect to drop, Level 82, still no drop.
Depends on what “best” means to you. For me, I liked minions at first and then transitioning to bone spear when my gear supported it and minions kind of trailed off.
Also, since builds aren’t totally permanent, every now and then through leveling I used minions again for specific boss fights
