The timer yesterday (from the time i’m writing this) was more than 30h left to buy the skins. I put more than BRL450 to buy all of them and when i clicked on the shop they are GONE!
Tried to contact the support but they sems like bots and didn’t solve anything.
I am seriously considering taking legal action. So much money invested to literally got scammed by Blizzard.
had same problem tried to buy pet, thinking I had 1 day left anyway but when i checked 0:00 it was gone, seems they removed 1 day early, good times I also contacted costumer service no bueno O well money saved whatever
I think like the reliquary from berserk there was timer bug, hours were minutes…gonna be honest this is really bad communication and should be something done to the people who thought it was day :')
I had the very same problem so I opened a ticket relating the timer bug and asking for a solution. They replied arguing there is nothing they can do about it since the availability of the skins offered at the store is a matter of “Diablo IV developer’s exclusive decision”, they would send Blizzard my feedback and that I could express my opinion at this forum if I wish to.
So frustrating…
The problem is, I get that it was limited event but there also lies the problem for a colab event to have a timer bug like this is kinda unacceptable because the skins wont ever return most probable, I do think they should put it up on the OG timer from the store or atleast do something for the people who really wanted to buy it on last day, but it is what it is, also probably something to do with licensing
yeah but im fine with it being a developer’s exclusive decision, but atleast do a correct timer then this wont happen, this also happend with the ingame event but I never thought it would happen to store

I can imagine, I cant believe a wrong timer is a thing even, I mean its taken from shop way to early, all sites say the shop timer was correct, but what pisses me off is the lack of support make a post here under bugs was the solution :3 I am at a loss of words
Exactly! its like bots responding and never gave a real solution. How a big company do that?
