Berserk armor not free in D4?

This is absolutely ridiculous and completely on brand for Diablo 4.

You have to PAY for the berserk armor in Diablo 4. It’s free in Diablo immortal!

On top of that all classes have 2 skins in immortal for the event.

Come one Blizz

wait really? we have to pay for it? i thought we have to do some event to get it…

And… immortal get it for free??? why i feel like Diablo4 so inferior in events/contents compared to Diablo immortal… they hate Diablo4 players thats much?

Immortal is the game that makes them more money, so they want to entice more people to play it with these free cosmetics.

D4 makes them less money so they have to squeeze people where they can

Yeah, the fact that they’re doing a collaboration that amounts to little more than “Pay us $25 and you can get one of these armor sets from another property. Oh, and by the way, there are three of these and for the low, low price of a full-priced AAA game you can have them all!” is not very appealing. :ok_hand:

After the changes to the battlepass you somehow are surprised by this? Never go full Blizzard!!

Once they get D4 morphed into D4:I in a few years it may change. I wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t.

Plus have to pay fullprice for the game and xpacs

To be fair Diablo Immortal is a pay to win game that probably doesn’t need to monetize any cosmetics to make money. D4 is much different, they’ll monetize pretty much every cosmetic they can as that’s their only source of revenue from people who’ve already purchased the game.

It’s the anniversary of Kentaro Muira death and their treating it as a cash grab for the armour sets.
I swear Kentaro Muira would be turning in he’s grave over monetizing his death.

I don’t mind doing activities such as collect Behelits to unlock stuff, but the armour sets should be including in the activities.

4 armour sets which could potentially be 2800 Platinum each so that’s like 4 x 2800P = 11200 P.
I would have to spend $149.95 AUD so get 11500 Platinum IF I were to buy all the armour sets.

Each armour set could be roughly $37-$44 AUD each when you work out the foreign exchange rate from USD to AUD and then get hit with a foreign exchange fee on top of it.
I not sure what the foreign exchange fee is right the moment for paying for Platinum coin.

I’m a big Berserk fan of the manga and I would be mourning the loss of Kentaro Muira, but I don’t like the idea of monetizing someone’s passing.

Is there any way to make the armour set cheaper or put into a Berserk bundle pack so that we can get all sets for a certain discounted amount?
I like to show respect to Kentaro Miura all but making us all fork out money per armour set is not really fair if you want to collect them all.

What is fair here and what is considered true respect to Kentaro Muira?
Is it wrong to profit from someone’s death?

Blizzard looks at games as charts. The Immortal gacha game chart is wayyyy up :grinning: $$$ meanwhile the D4 chart is wayyyy down :slightly_frowning_face: thus the battle pass rework. Blizzard is happy with charts that are up so they get rewarded and the charts that are down wellllll, please understand we are listening to the feedback now buy the berserker skin :rofl:

They straight up disrespected Kentaro lmao. I don’t think Blizzard understands how iconic this anime is to be honest. Quite literally none of them seen the anime apparently. This was bigger than Belial coming back and they fumbled it. This should have been a grind fest and Blizzard could’ve gone in the perfect direction into increasing their player base by far. This anime is on the same level as Death Note if not even higher. The game in general is improving a lot but this event was monumental in my opinion. Blizzard you could’ve gotten a way bigger fan base with this event. Sidbar, good job though changing the difficulty and pace of the game, you guys hit it right on the mark tbh. I’m still enjoying the game and its improvements, just that this event was so crucial for you guys, you don’t even know. Just saying, I don’t want to downplay anyones hard work at all just trying to give some constructive criticism to help the game out. In conclusion, you guys were playing checkers and you should’ve been playing chess. You could’ve let us grind for certain gear and could’ve sold Zodd the Immortal in the shop or Griffith before he became a demon god. There just so much more that could’ve been done to win more player base and make more profit at the same time and people would’ve said, cool Blizzard team is relating to their fan base a lot more and they respect the anime genre.
