i think i have 7-8 Ber and 12 Lo runes. p300.
I stopped playing about a week ago, but I’m pretty sure I only found perhaps 3 BER all season and about 20 LO’s.
Both are pretty rare with BER being ridiculous. I found more Trace of Echoes then BER’s.

BER is very rare, at 270ish Paragon I have seen only a small handful of them. From natural drops, maybe 5 or less. I crafted some with Lo, which is at least a little bit less rare.
As others have posted, if you take the ‘Bauble Day’ upgrade in the Undercity War Plans activity tree, you can potentially access the Cabochon Merchant. Where you can buy some of the rare runes for 50 million a pop. I finally unlocked this and saw that it can offer Lo at least, so you could potentially just buy a bunch of those and craft your BER runes.
HC 286, got around 10 BER. Some dropped from reputation cache, some from Uber Tristram, the rest mainly from Baal run. But I got like 15 LO, so I can craft more BER.
Funny thing. I only used 4 Ber for Enigma/Spirit on my 2 chars. The rest? Had to supply for guildmates who kept dying -_-
