Your build should include you having a minimum of 60,000 HP before the HP elixir that will stop all one shots below pit 100.
(If you want i have a video of me doing pit 102 and taking massive hits from the boss and not being one shot.)
And stop lying about getting one shot by Lilith the only way you get one shot by Lilith is you made 5 mistakes before that one shot.

I can reproduce a oneshot in a 71 (what i speedfarm at the moment) with a Bashbarb on capped resistances, capped armor, almost 70k HP AND Selig equipped.
Shadow doing those circle Voids (consistig of void circles) in waves that get closer. If you get hit by the last ones, you are dead. 100 → 0
I do not want to say that this is not easily dodgeable but still, this is a oneshot and it is on a toon that has unholy amounts of “too much” defense equipped.
Lies, I’m in 100+ pits and farm pit 80 for the materials, and the only time i die is when i dont paying attention to the tash poison mobs, but i never die to the bosses.

Bro, I get 1 shot by the shadow bosses screen wide effects in pit 80 on a Bash barb with Shako, high defensives, and 120k hps…
It’s all about the Ping my G, nothing to do with defense. If the screen barf touches you = you die. I can’t always dodge when my ping is so high (Rural wireless internet)
To be fair there are still some random one shots from certain bosses. The sharpshooter for example has something that’ll randomly one shot me. I have 92k HP and a lot of DR. I can usually take hits from Lilith’s shadow boss abilities.

Barbs need to get some DR if they need 80k hp to survive
