Belial, Lord of Lies and pinnacle boss of Season 8, but in PTR he was a complete joke getting one shotted. I really hope the devs crank up the difficulty on this guy to the insane level. He should last several minutes to defeat. Time to remove training wheels.
One shotted by maxed out boss powers on p300 builds with multiple mythics and MW12 gear.
The problem is if you make him tough for that tiny minority of players then someone with only p250, no mythics, and mostly 1GA gear will spend an hour trying to kill him.
The real problem is damage for some end game builds it still way too high. The worst culprits are the boss powers and multiplicative damage. Hopefully they tune boss powers down before S8 goes live but I doubt we’ll see any real efforts to deal with the multiplicative damage problem.

They need to nerf some end game builds.

They just need to nerf the OP boss powers a bit so that they don’t do 100Trillion ticks on some builds.
The problem with topics like this is - If they nerf the boss powers AND buff Belial 100 times as you want he will be unkillable. Blizz does only undertuned and overtuned in any direction sadly.
